How Do i pay?

At the moment, we only accept Paypal payment. It is a secured platform so you can entrust your transactions with us. We are looking into expanding other payment methods such as credit cards for the future.

To pay via PayPal, you will need to register an account on PayPal’s website first.

Where are you located?

Our office and nursery are located in Taiwan. Most of the plants in our store are grown locally, some are imported from countries like Germany and Japan. In Taiwan, we sell our plants in department stores. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 6PM PST. If you contact us while we are away, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Will I receive the exact same plant i see in the photos?

Most of the plants you see in the photos are specimen only. They are not for sale but we will send you one that is similar and is at least as big as the size we mentioned in the descriptions. For some plants that are high in value, you will receive the exact plant you see in the photos. In product description, you will see “plant in photo is the exact one you will receive.”

 

Are pot and soil included?

You will receive the bare-root plant. The soil and pot are not included. Once a plant is sold, it goes through a strict handling process such as disinfecting. Pants are more likely to get damaged during shipping if the root is buried under soil. We carefully pack each plant using layers of cotton pads to ensure the plant receives the utmost protection.

 

How long Does it take for me to receive my order?

The handling process and obtain the phyto certificate for your plant can take up to 2 weeks, it may take longer depending on our local government’s process. We always do our best to complete the process as soon as possible. We ship via EMS, which normally takes 7-10 days for shipping. The entire handling and shipping process can take up to 20+ days.

 

What do after i receive the plant in the mail?

When you receive the plant, please tread likely for 2 weeks. First, plant it in a pot and place it in front of a window without any direct sunlight. Ensure the soil is slightly moist. Having too much sunlight can burn the plant and having too much water can rot the root. After 2 weeks, your lovely plant should be well adjusted to the new environment. As you may already know, different species of plants have prefer different conditions. If you aren’t quite sure what kind your environment is optimal for your plant, you are more than welcomed to contact us.
