HANDLING & SHIPPING
To ensure plant health and safety of your local environment, our plants are tested for pests and diseases in the highest level of our government standards and regulations. All of our plants come with a phytosanitary certificate, meaning the plants you receive are certified pest free and disease free.
Step 1：Unpot and Sterilization
1. Unpot plants
2. Clean roots and make sure no soil is attached
3. Pest control and sterilization
Step 2：Pest and Diseases Inspection
Step 3：Packaging
4. Wrap up plants in cotton cloths
5. Place plants into box with cushioning material.
A phytosanitary certificate will be placed on top of the box.
Step 4：Shipping
We Use EMS (Express Mail Service) for all deliveries. It usually takes about 3-7 business days for delivery.
＊ Due to national holidays, natural disasters, and unforeseeable circumstances that are out of our control, delivery may take longer than expected.
Once your package is shipped out, you will receive a confirmation E-mail with a tracking number. You can track your package on the website of your local post office.
Due to the process of cleaning, phytosanitary application and shipping, it may take up to 21 days(usually 10 days or less) for plants to arrive after you place your order.
