Every plant you purchase from our website comes with a free phytosanitary certificate. To ensure the health of your plant and the safety of your local environment, all of our plants are tested for pests and diseases in the highest level of our government standards and regulations.

We apply for the phytosanitary certificate with our government for you as soon as we receive your order. For this reason, we advertise extra handling time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number.

Customs & Border Protection

Most countries allow plants with a phytosanitary certificate to be imported without an issue. However, some country’s customs require importers ( recipients ) to apply for a permit prior to importing plants into the country. Please contact your local customs office to ensure all requirements are met on your end for importing plants into your country . We will not be held responsible for customs issue of your country as these are your responsibilities.
